The unprecedented changes of the past century are accelerating, profoundly reshaping the international political order, and leading to a continuous accumulation of global governance deficits. Political parties, as the core actors in modern national governance, have become key factors influencing national development and international cooperation through their governance practices and discourse. The governance discourse systems of Chinese and foreign political parties are rooted in different historical cultures, social systems, and governance practices, forming distinct theoretical logic, value orientations, and expression paradigms.
